Deborah Davis
Deborah, the visionary owner of Reflexions Salon, has been a hairstylist for over 30 years. Her passion for helping people and making a positive impact on her community led her to open the salon in 2010.
With her extensive experience and dedication to providing exceptional service, Deborah has created a welcoming and thriving space for guest to look and feel their very best. When away from the salon, you will find Deborah enjoying her time with family in the beautiful country side of South Baldwin County.

Lindsay Shows
Lindsay, a passionate hairstylist and business enthusiast, has called the Gulf Coast home since 2012. Originally from Ohio, she moved south to pursue her education and quickly found her calling at Reflexions. With a love for all things hair, from simple trims to dramatic transformations, Lindsay strives to help her clients feel confident and beautiful.
Beyond her artistic skills, Lindsay also has a keen eye for business operations. She enjoys the behind-the-scenes work, from managing the salon's finances to handling administrative tasks. When she's not behind the chair or in the office, you can find Lindsay spending quality time with family, indulging in retail therapy, or continuing to hone her craft through online courses and workshops.

Karen Huffman
Karen, a seasoned hairstylist with over 20 years of experience, has been a Gulf Coast resident for nearly two decades. Originally from Birmingham, she brings her Southern charm and warm personality to every client she meets.
Karen's ability to connect with people on a personal level makes her clients feel like family. Known for her expertise in color and highlights, Karen also specializes in hair extensions. When she's not busy transforming hair, you can find Karen enjoying quality time with her husband Steven, daughter Briella, or tending to her beautiful garden.

Heather, a proud Baldwin County native, Heather has been creating beautiful hair transformations since 2011. With a passion for enhancing natural beauty, blonding specialist and helping clients feel confident in their own skin, she brings both skill and heart to every appointment.
When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll likely find her soaking up sweet moments with her son, Maverick, or adventuring outdoors with her husband on their four-wheeler. Heather believes in balance—between family, nature, and creativity—and she brings that energy to every guest she serves.

Cassy has been doing hair since 2013. Her ultimate goal is to make everyone feel their best on the inside out, while making personal connections with each guest she has. From bombshell blondes to lived in color, her chair has a place for you. When she's not working, she is spending time with her family and friends and making memories with her children.

Mackenzie, a talented hairstylist with a passion for helping clients feel their best, has been behind the chair since 2022. Originally from Birmingham, AL, she brings on her southern charm and makes every client feel their best when in her chair. When she’s not busy transforming hair, Mackenzie enjoys gardening, offshore fishing, upcycling furniture, and spending quality time with her two beloved cats, Itsy and Ember.

Chaney is from the beautiful bluegrass state of Kentucky. Since 2022, she has been dedicated to helping people feel confident and beautiful. Chaney's passion for hair comes from her ability to see a client's inner beauty and pull it outward for the world to see. Her hobbies outside of the salon include fitness, listening to live music, & reading. If you're feeling adventurous, try her go-to coffee order: an iced mocha w/ raspberry syrup 🤭

Hannah, a fourth-generation hairstylist, has been honing her craft since 2023. Originally from Nashville, she moved to the Gulf Coast in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the area. Her passion for hair began at a young age, growing up in a salon environment. Hannah loves the transformative power of hair and enjoys helping her clients feel more confident and beautiful. When she’s not behind the chair, you can find her enjoying the coastal lifestyle, attending concerts, or indulging in a little retail therapy.

Vanessa, our friendly Front Desk Coordinator, has been a valuable member of our salon team since 2018. As the first voice you hear when you call, she's always ready to assist you with any questions or appointments. A longtime resident of Orange Beach for 18 years, Vanessa is a proud mother of six children and grandmother to two. When she's not busy at the salon, you can find her tending to her beautiful garden and enjoying the outdoors.

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows your stylist time to adjust their schedule and fill the spot.
What happens if I miss my appointment without canceling?
A missed appointment without notice is considered a "No Show" and results in lost income for your stylist. If this happens more than once, a 50% deposit may be required to book future appointments.
Can I request changes if I’m not satisfied with my service?
Yes! While we do not offer refunds on services, guests may contact us within 10 days of their appointment for any adjustments. We’re committed to making things right.
What is your policy on product returns or exchanges?
We offer full exchanges on all hair care products. If a product isn’t right for you, we’ll help you find one that is. Returns may be exchanged for another product or a gift card of equal value.
• Hair dryers, curling irons, and flat irons must be returned within 14 days in the original packaging.
• Custom-ordered hair extensions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
